Honestly wasnt too sure about using an unsold to induce a raise, though I guess it is apparent that the duped scorching TC will sell for more than 900 in hats, so it may be fine after all. Just not certain enough for me to request it for the seemingly obvious reason :P
As Foamy mentioned your scorching tc mini is an unsold b/o. And the 899 seller lowered his price to 850 keys now.

Yup seems like thats where a scorching tc is at right now, cant sell for pure but sells for alot more in items. Maybe it should be avoided to use it for suggestions alltogether.
However, I'm accepting this cause this is almost a pricerefresh, and it shows that its not 1500 keys (some people quote that as a recent sale still when it was many months ago and is proven to be an outlier now).
