100 keys via Paypal was also added, can provide proof if necessary but it probably isn't. The sale will still cap at the buyout though, was unsold at 300 for 4 weeks and then put to 390 and sat for a bit.
so since the last sale price suggestion it was sold again for that price (400 hat + 100 keys paypal = 500) but hat will still drop on 390 keys? wut

but buyout could be for pure etc, and he ended up selling it for 500 anyways, which supports current price so why it should drop just like that on 390..
Backpack.tf prices represent the pure value of an item. If the item in question couldn't sell for 390 pure, or even 300 pure for that matter, after a long time, then said item should be valued no higher than 390.
ah I understand now, the fricking ninja had B/O of 300, so can you also prove that? if you can prove that you traded that gibus for 390 hat (fricking ninja) + 100 keys pure paypal (I guess thats what should be in a price suggestion) + you also said that he changed his B/O back on 390 (so bp.tf price of fricking ninja), so I still cant understand why this gibus should drop that much. You are also selling that fricking ninja for alot more than 300

Oh shoot I get it now, the buyout included in this suggestion is for the Beams Ninja and not the Gibus.
This should still be fine as I had it listed on the classifieds at 390 (or maybe 395, can't quite remember) before I sold it. Regen, who i was brokering it for, had it listed for 300 before he gave it to me as well.
