Rounding to 13 keys pure
This is fine except for the fact that it is not a 15% drop.
Oh, I didn't realize that was a rule for Unusual drop suggestions.
15% of 15 is 2.25, this is only a 2 key drop.

Really strange how there's 35 in existence and yet there seem to have been zero sales in the last few months.
Anyhow, drop's based on B/O's have to be atleast 15%. This drop is about 14% so this suggestion is technically not valid.
In my opinion it might be better to wait until scrap.tf sells it at 12.4 keys (or below) and then re suggest at 12 keys flat.
The Geisha on scrap.tf sold/isn't there anymore. You should check it out. Disregarding that, this looks fine. Regarding the 15% rule, I think it would be fine to pass it. We shouldn't be legalistic about the rules, we should be following the spirit of the law. The point of the rule is to prevent useless or minute drops.
