Given the seller at 210 for a while, I would probably say at the very least a range of 170-240 would be more appropriate.

hm not sure i also declined mixed offer of 150 pure with a unusual sell easy at around 45+ also same guy than the sale at 170 was looking to buy mine at 200+ keys in unusuals i decline, anyway if you want to repriced it at 170-240 is fine.

The sale mentioned in the comments will need to be included at least. Its probably worth waiting for the mountaincap to be handled before you do, though
