45 + 15 = 60

60 is the low end, you need to get minis on them since they are making one of the ends of the suggested price. You cant take two hats that are 2 years outdated and not mini them. Especially if they are gonna be making one end of the range. If anything getting minis on those is going to make the low end less than 60

Oh yeah, then i need a few days, have way too much to suggest atm, i wont even bother with these 2.
