Looking at Foamys comment on the cone suggestion (from this same sale) this suggestion is usable

Do note that that was from before the rule set related to the release of double quality pricing was completed, in which is stated that strange and non-strange equivalents of unusuals are now treated as separate hats. In the light of that decision, it may be best to have this get a second opinion
