Why are you arguing it's necessary again? I don't see any arguments in the sugg.

20 - 5% is 19 Refined. I can't go to 19 because there is no current proof for now and a buyer is kinda countering. I'm arguing incase people complain about it not being 5% so to save myself effort of replying I put "Needed" and provided a hefty unsold. I'm not sure if that's what you wanted me to answer I wasn't entirely sure what you were asking! XD

It's needed because the seller owns 3 and all of them are 5 Days unsold which is a quite a hefty amount for a non-unusual under backpack.tf price.
