Your sole proof for 7.33 is unbumped for 3 days and has a different price on outpost vs classifieds. Closing this, not enough proof here.

The guy selling it for 7.77 on classies is also the same guy selling it for 7.33 on outpost, LOL. Either way, he hasn't bumped for a day now, so I don't think this is conclusive enough to warrant such a big price change.
