I saw that, but the seller asking for it isn't really a valid reason, unless he wanted to suggest it himself or something.

kinda is a low form of price manipulation since he wants his hat to appear at a higher value than the sales that say otherwise

I would like to think that's not the reason, and that's pretty much why I asked. I mean, there are three sales at 60, it's a whopping 3.5 key (or ~5%) drop and the hat is 1/1. Whoever gets mad because of that should just retire from trading.
