Well first of all the Australium Rocket Launcher has 2 spells in total worth at least 10 keys or more and on top of that it has Team Shine and Cerebral Discharge which are both worth a lot making the Launcher worth more than Bp.tf Values it at. The Backbiter's Billycock, you can clearly see that he is a spy main if you look at his inventory and he just wanted a nice spy hat and if you like a hat your going to overpay by a lot, plus based on that he is probably not really doing it to make profit or to trade and also just because you made a price suggestion, it does not mean its going to go through, so technically the Billycock is 76 keys.I love how you added your own price suggestion to this lol. And the 3rd sale doesn't even make sense because that in total is around 100 keys so why is that making it a price drop? And the dude with the B/O of 80 keys sold it for a burning Spartan worth 100 keys even though its duped.
I didn't include the Rocket sale anyways. I don't get your point with the Billycock. Buyout caps exist for a reason.
What I'm saying about the Billycock is that number one its priced at 76 keys not 68. The only reason why you said it was that is because YOU yourself made the suggestion to lower it and with the part that he was a spy main, a lot of people if they see a unusual hat they want they will overpay by a lot or pay full pure for a hat so basically what your saying is because that one deal happen the entire hat is going to go down because of it? Also he is clearly a spy main if you check his inventory which means he is probably didn't do the trade to make profit or to trade it away. The only real point you have is the one on the bottom which to let you know is in pure keys and not many people pay full pure for anything now a-days unless its a god tier hat thanks to the god dang inflation of the key... but he still sold it for a 100 key unusual, he did not sell it for 80 keys but 100 in unusuals which is how this stuff gets priced. Also it said that you did include the rocket launcher "Low Outlier, but supports a drop."
76 Keys was an old, outdated price, so I made a suggestion for that just as I did here.
There isn't 1 low sale on the Billycock, but 2. I didn't include one of them in the range, since it's considerably lower than the rest of the sales, but rather used it as supporting evidence for 61 being in the range.
I understand what you mean with someone wanting to overpay if they like a hat, but where do you see that with Sale 2?
Suggesting is quite fun.

100 Keys was capped at 80 because of the Buyout. That's the rule: http://forums.backpack.tf/index.php?/topic/6033-guide-for-unusual-price-suggestions/
"Low Outlier, but supports a drop."
