Due to further investigation of the deep fried, here: http://backpack.tf/suggestion/58f1f6270e2cad57ff2bf302#comment-58f34c31c4404502043009d5 , 28 keys might be an outlier in its pricing. This would put the deep fried at 34-36, with the midpoint of 35 keys.

I'm going to leave it up to a mod to decide whether 28 keys counts as an outlier in pricing the deep fried

That would change this suggestion to 35-37 keys
