Taunts just aren't great to use to update hats because they are all inflated and people don't want to take them on because they're dropping so expected overpay is a lot higher.

If the sale happened now, value would probably be less than 90. At the time of the sale, maybe that the sale was 110 in unusuals, so I'm not opposed to going with 90 flat and capping at the b/o.
