I'm a bit concerned the miami private eye is going to be low here. Sale was 38 on a b/o of 30 that went pretty quickly it seems? It's current value is 42 and lowest sellers at 36. I bet a few more sales would show 30 to be a bit low.

Was on mobile and I must have picked the wrong bo, I will make a full suggestion on the eye and resuggest this.
