All the sellers at 34-35 keys have been unsold for a rather long time. One seller tried to sell on marketplace.tf as well repeatedly but failed. Highest quickbuyer I could find is R+ubi who currently pays 23 keys + 6 ref (http://i.imgur.com/xorJNbC.png ) and therefore does not counter my low end. Going with 24-29 keys here.
