i'm sure most quickbuyers would pay 50% off for this, and scrap.tf would definitely pay more than this

The percentage size of a drop is almost entirely irrelevant for a 13-month old price, but I concede the rest of your point.

I'll leave this open just as an anchor to see how the sellers get on, and resuggest afterwards.

This may be steep but it REALLY needs the drop.

Will this happen or nah? Imo, it should stay, it's only one trade that this is priced like that, considering there are only 4 of these in existence, it should stay the way it is.
