Your suggestion was faulty as you can see. You used wrong b/o for my sale and did not include sale 2 in your suggestion. 34 as a price is too low.

Ok so it's quite clear you hate me for whatever reason. For a matter of fact, my suggestion was accepted before it was reverted. I was going to wait till the mods decided on a price (which they did) then resuggest, if you'd given me the chance.

No, I found the 41 key sale and pointed out to mods that 34 keys was low for my b/o so I felt I counter it. Only waited for their range. What's the problem?

Ah ok. I changed my own buyout from 34 to 50 when I owned it during the time I traded it. 6 hours ago this suggestion was not up.

where does 34 come from then?

It's the old b/o and mods suggested the old b/o and final b/o should both be considered that's why they suggested range from 34-46 I believe. Maybe Woifi knows more :)

That seems a bulk sale. Together with Erik I looked into it and it seems the hat sold for 25 keys here. Seeing as our only 2 other sales are 41 and 46 I call 25 keys an outliner.

How is it a bulk sale? He traded the Professor, Jag, and Slinger for the Gibus. Bulk would indicate that both sides had multiple items.

The collector + strange items were 35 keys. Meaning that the Professor hat would be placed at 25 keys. Since the Miami Gibus is 60 (60-35) = 25 key sale. Obviously a 25-46 key range is not going to work here. It also looks very bulk-ish (<50% of trade) so if it were up to me, I'd exclude the 25 key sale.

didn't really look at the sale, but looking now that makes sense

just going to put out here that I disagree. using two buyouts makes no sense here. it was on outpost for nearly a month at 34. regardless of the classifieds BO or intended BO, no one took it at 34 on outpost for a month. The only visible change was 3 days prior to selling, which matches with the statement of the seller that he received the higher offer "soon after he changed his BO" (which contradicts his other statements).

Additional factors worth mentioning here:

- as mentioned in the comment section it was resold below 34 today

- The buyer there was selling at 30. He raised his BO because someone told him, but it was there.

because the BO on outpost has been at 34 for that long, it makes no sense to use a 3 day old BO and artificially give that sale a range. That sale should be counted as 34 here and not as anything else. That leaves the sales here at ~30 ish (the gibus/engistuff sale), 34 and 41 (owner there reselling at 40, pointing towards rounding down). Honestly, I would have accepted Bippers suggestion based on what I have seen here, and find this to be more off than the countered suggestion.

Current owner seems to have moved his B/O down to 40 pure now about 12 hours ago. Guess he wasnt getting any offers at 45.

So sales at 25, 30, 30-35 (depending on whether the 35 sale is capped at 30), 34, 41, 46. 30-40 or even 30-35 looks more reasonable. As foamy pointed out, as long as that b/o at 34 was up, 46 looks way too high.
