The kill-a-watt burning bandana "sale" wasn't even a sale, he obtained both the KaW and the Orb Fire at the same day. :P
As for the kill-a-watt bandana, 11 was sold to a quickbuyer so I wouldn't use that anyways. In a nutshell, you have a 13 key sale for kill-a-watt(which you should make a suggestion of), and a 15 key sale for this one. Resuggest at 15 flat.
