I mean its a low tier for 15 keys, give or take 2 or 3 keys doesn't really matter tbh, especially considering the sale is for a spellbound mountain cap.

Wouldn't really value the Infernal Flames Taunt: Pool Party at 90 keys here, since it already has a well bumped and matured seller at 80 keys.

The 120 key sale does not seem to be an outlier, but rather the 80 key sale since it's based on a fast dropping taunt.

So sales are 80, 100, 120 keys. With 100 keys being a middle ground due to B/O cap, I think that 80-120 keys would be a more appropriate range here, even though it might be necessary to wait slightly longer to see if other sales appear on the Cap / Pool Party / Warmer to see if this hat can be used to update the Pool Party instead.

and 80-120 is FAR too big. 40 keys at this level is nonsensical. I actually closed my 91-121 suggestion which is smaller than that, and because it was too large.

The buyout was 145 by the guy selling the hat; Imo it would be better to wait for warmer and resuggest, although I'm doing that anyway.
