    Not that its worth resuggesting but why 7.75 if the bumped low sellers are 7.74

      Because you need to round to the nearest 0.05. In this case that's 7.75.

      This is very easy to sell on SCM for 8 keys and a few ref, but when you're trying to sell it for keys it's pretty hard, took me 12 days to get 2 trade offers (one with pure overpay), which I both missed, they didn't even wait half an hour before they bought the other one.
