Most Recent Sales were for 16 cents USD on Steam Community Market. Sellers for 20 cents USD on Steam Community Market, which meets the low end of your range. I made a counter suggestion, we will see how it goes :P

SCM sales rarely have the correct value. All forms of Killstreak items are the best example for that. I don't know any KS item for example in which the SCM price corresponds to the actual price at which people trade for in pure/tf2 items. Now, this is not a KS item but the same logic applies.
