Although the seller at 250 is still unsold, albeit no longer on outpost it's still listed on classifieds. 250-315 should be fine here.

He's not maintaining his trades at all. Puts them up and leaves them. Impossible to sell hats like these when you aren't actively trying. Given your marketplace sale in pure, I'm gonna go ahead and say this is fine.
