Dunno about the buyer for 38, since it's the same one who paid only 32 in your first sale. Regardless, your first sale is invalidated by buyers, and your second sale is a Scrapprehensive sale that took a day. I would just close this.

EDIT - Turns out first sale was indeed for 38: http://backpack.tf/profiles/76561198056793444#!/compare/1490832000/1490918400 - 38 keys match the Nano, so it sold for the buy order price listed. Both sales are countered here, but just by the one buyer.
