The seller there is already incorporated in the suggestion made on the france. There have been plenty of sales higher than 69 to make me confident that the range there is fine, and therewith this as well.

While current sellers are indeed an indication that current may be high, a seller is still nothing more than a single data point, whereas for the vive, there are plenty available.
