Here's a sale:

Sold for a Bubbling Gym Rat(10 Keys)*, 5 Keys in Refined and ~1 Key in Sweets(16 Keys total)

The Gym Rat will need a mini, though I doubt it'll be lower than 9.5(which rounds to 10). I'd resuggest at 16 here.

Sold with ~1 key of sweets for a N@B Luchadore (10, unsold for 1 month)

Guess we should put it at 9 for the Gym?

I'd leave that sale to price the luchadore with, but yeah I suppose 9 keys will be fine for the gym rat:

Sold for 8.5 Keys, rounds to 9

Sold for 9 Keys

Which means this should be 15 keys instead. Feel free to make a full suggestion for the gym rat with these sales as well.
