There are a couple unusable sales for this that make 35 an outlier.

It was labeled as a sale at 21 in the moderator comments, but since the bucket also sold for the bonzo tailor (now at 60 or so), it may in fact become a high outlier. Not sure if the bucket is doable, but I feel like the previous range was more suitable here

I do think that that may be a bit high for the blokes, but it sure opens up to using this for the blokes instead of the other way round

The reason I decided that it'd be better to call 35 an outlier was because of this sale I discarded: http://backpack.tf/suggestion/59039717c4404542434b8e4f

This would make another sale at 21 keys, so we'd have three sales and one seller opposed to 35 being in the range. In fact, the white russian could actually use this as a high end now that the mongolian will likely stay at 27 flat making the range 26-32 as opposed to 26-36, but that's up to you guys.

well as said the bucket sale - with the only mini available afaik - would not be 21 but in fact a high outlier, which in turn could be the high counterpart of the russian sale I guess (keeping both as outliers then, unless I missed something else :P)
