No recent sales, going with 77 flat.

Well, the previous owner bought it from scrap.tf as well, so he probably paid 77 keys pure for it. The fact that he resold it again to scrap.tf shows that this needs a drop more than anything else, and staying unsold for 50+ days supports that. Accepting.
