Eh, you're ruling out so many sales that are above 12 keys here, including the ones that need to be used for other hats.

As a side-note, ~3.5 Keys in Sweets were added to the Pugilist for the Aussie Grenade, making that sale ~11.5 Keys total, supporting your low end. Regardless:

The Bubbling Bombing Run sale will come to at least 13 keys(assuming it's valued at 9 keys, worst-case scenario). So that's the lowest high-end you're required to add here. And then you have 4 other sales at 15+, one of them being virtually pure.

I can give you two options here, be conservative and drop it to 12-15, or make a full suggestion for the bombing run and resuggest somewhere around 12-13 to 12-15 depending on how that goes, i'm giving you that option if you still feel 15 is too high. Either way, this'll need a range.
