I've not submitted a suggestion in years so let me know if anything has gone horribly wrong with this one.

There's only four classified sellers, however they're all above 0.77 and 3/4 of them are poorly bumped and one is only a day old.

There's also two well bumped classified buyers at 0.77 which have been listed for some time now.

I've also got two of my own sales at 1 refined:

Admittedly one is a couple weeks old, but I still have a pretty recent sale which should count.

If anyone has any supporting evidence, counter evidence, or something I could use to improve this suggestion you should most definitely put it in the comments.
