Looks like the seller's B/O of 475. Not really worth the re-suggest, just worth noting.

This sale is an outlier and should not be used to reprice this. It has been unsold at 450 for 3 months. As shown in old suggestions, there is another sale around 300. While one may say that that is too low, it - as opposed to this sale - has no reliable indications that the sale would be an outlier, as far as I am aware.

With these discrepant sales I would personally advice against updating at all, but 3 months unsold at 450 should make it apparent that using only the 480 sale will result in a value that is far too high.
