It's fine, you can resuggest normal items as long as the change is needed. The only items that have cooldowns are keys and unusuals. Key cool down rules are:

If it's less than 0.33 change: 1 week

More than 0.33 but less than 0.66: 3 days

More than 0.66: no cooldown

Unusuals/rare items have a cooldown of 3 months unless a significant change is needed, and you might still have to include some of the sales from the previous suggestion in your range if they're still less than 2 months old.

guys at this point it's profitable to buy from the SCM and sell to scrap.tf

i still dont see a reason why people woould buy this at a high price?it only give weapons or a 1.33 ref hat...
