For a site like this, ya gotta be consistent. Close enough (3.67%) =/= >5%. I might be a mister know it all but it's important.
And we have consistently stated that the 5% "rule" is case-dependent and mainly exists to prevent meaningless raises with buyers. This is valid.

Drop the trade server bit, it's bad logic and not helping your suggestion. The actual suggested price is fine.
