There are ~10 sellers at 2.77 refined, that should be enough proof for a drop...
<5% change
Another suggestion at ~4% change was accepted today, and it had 10 sellers below the old price as well
Just because the rules were bent once doesn't mean all suggestions <5% will be accepted.
But it does mean that just writing "<5%" without looking at the context isn't very helpful. This price is clearly more accurate. 1 month unsold at 2.88 and a page of sellers at 2.77.
I have been under the assumption that it was a strict rule and is broken sometimes by mistake, and that it was enforced to prevent changes that are too small to be relevant.
I intended to help not get the suggestion closed, but I guess I'm wrong, so whatever.
