There are a few issues with your suggestion.

1. The sales from the last accepted suggestion are still in date and should be used.

2. Where are you getting 26 from? You can't use sellers to increase a price. It seems a bit nonsensical to me that you're valuing the hat at 26 here but you value it at 23 on the classifieds.
