14.33 sell order is unbumped (and user no longer has Conga in inventory). Apart from that, the other sell orders in the Classifieds are all 15.66 or up.

EDIT: Now there's 4 bots buying at 15.22. A new one popped up while I was typing.
The price change is big enough, so this suggestion should be accepted
