Dropping on the basis of unsold

Another one is on the market , recently quicksold for 10 keys as per buy order http://backpack.tf/profiles/76561198023051867#!/compare/1493942400/1494028800 ( the buy order at 10 is still up) , and the previous sale seems to be a cash out too and untracable.
Being unsold at 12 keys for 100+ days and a recent quicksale at 10 highly suggests the need for a drop ,12 keys is much more representative then 14.
it prolly wasnt' 'missed' as u put it. to drop an unusual based on b/o only it must be 15%
15% of 14 is 11.9 technically so no one prolly wanted to do it lol

Perhaps this hat could see new backpacks after this drop , as most unusuals do.
