I bought the Softcap from Community market for 71.30€ which is about 31 key. The same hat was priced this morning at 82€ (35,5 keys) and I was about to pull the trigger and buy it but lucky for me the seller lowered the price. (please note:plan to keep the hat and I'm not artificially raising the value for future resale)

Going with range 31 - 41 taking in consideration the lower value of MS Professional's Panama.

can't just take the low-end of the panama. you take the middle of the range so that sale would be 45

also credits to me for that sale

The panama deal contributes to a price increase but I'm not having the intention on inflating the hat (softcap) unnecessarily and taking in consideration a bigger picture - real value and current DbD effect values compared to some 1st gens and eventually the number of hats in existence.

So here I would go for a conservative raise to 31 keys flat, and call 45 keys (the sale is 45 keys not 41) an outlier for now. If another sale happens on the tw softcap or this one then we might reconsider, but 31 flat should be the best for now.
