Yeah I'm not too content with you excluding 22 here, one could very easily argue that the reason 17 took so long to sell was because not everyone has ready access to cash to make transactions with.

I'd be fine with it if the sale at 22 was a bit older, but seeing that it happened 4 days ago I don't see why it should be excluded. 17-22 should be more appropriate here.
