He has proof for a raise, the snapshot/current classifieds show that the majority of sellers are @2.11 ref to support the range but he should resuggest because his proposed range has no evidence of sellers or of completed sales @2.22 ref.
Edit: Also, <5% rule may apply to this, may not be worth resuggesting.
sellers at 2.11 don't prove a raise to 2.11
a change from 2 to 2.11 is a more than 5% increase, that's just simple math

I don't see sales at 2.22 ref to support the range you suggested, this should be 2.11 flat.
This shouldn't be anything at all; he doesn't have any proof for a raise at all.
