Here's a previous sale for a 1 of 1 Strange Unusual Wraith Wrap, worth 22 keys at the time. Yes, I do own one of this hat, but it shouldn't really matter as I am simply solidifying the value and shortening the range, not significantly changing it at all. I decided to keep it at 21.5, as I was offering on him and was willing to overpay, seeing as it was a weirdly priced 1 of 1 strange.
That's not how it works. Wraith wrap is priced at 22 keys, so you need to take it as such. Also http://backpack.tf/item/2344275319 - Just on your hermes alone, there's quite a few other recent sales that need to be included.

Ok, thanks for your suggestion, but that one could also easily be the outlier, as quicksells for pure are very common. Thank you very much for helping me along. I'm just going to let this suggestion play out.
As I said, either could be an outlier, and your b/o is 18 keys.
That is also a lowball for pure, I have stated that I am looking for more in unusuals.
Best to wait for you to sell it to determine the outlier. If it sells for your amount in pure within a couple days, then resuggest at 22 keys as it needs to be rounded to the nearest whole number and 15 and 18 are outliers. If it doesn't, it's likely 22 is the outlier.

You're currently selling at 18, so this will probably be left up for a bit.
As I stated above, I'm looking for 18 pure, but for unusuals, I'm looking for around 2.

Prices on this site are the price of unusuals in pure. Not in other unusuals.

If you have your buyout at 18 pure, you could sell it for a burning team captain but the sale will still count as 18 because that's what you would have taken in pure. The deciding factor here is how fast you sell it; if you sell it within the next day or two it indicates 18 is a quicksell price which makes 15 the outlier, but if you take more than a week to sell it that definitely means 22 is the outlier.

Waxy is outdated, BUT your buyout was 18 keys, therefore your sale is capped at 18 keys.
Yeah, definitely seems that 14 keys is the outlier here. Resuggest at either 18-22 or 22 flat, your choice, since IIRC you had it listed for 3 days which is right on the edge of quicksell territory.
