Edit: You can't cap a sale with a different person's Buyout. Buyout drops need to be 15% anyways.

85 - 90 should work, unless that young Seller at 75 ages.

4 months unsold at 85 suggests 90 is an outlier. This probably needs more sales. A range doesn't make any sence, and neither does 85 flat since its under 15%
