SUMMARY
Sales: 8 / 8 / 8 / 8 / 8 / 8 / 8 / 8 / 9 / 9 / 9

Given that we’re looking fort he most common traded point, I think 8 keys should be included. There’s many bots (including mine) successfully buying them for 8 keys and flipping them at 9 keys. Going with 8-9 keys.
Multiple quickbuyers above 8. 9 flat please.
There are 6 sales at 8 keys, it should be in the range in my opinion. If the quick buyers successfully manage to buy this time after time, then it shows that this hat is clearly worth 8-9 keys and not just 9 keys flat. There have been some other accepted suggestions in the recent past at 8-9 keys so I think this should be fine.
I have had this argument before, the mods regard your opinion as incorrect and this will not pass. I'm not saying what I think, in many ways I agree with you, I'm just going off my experience. If you wanna have a battle to get this priced half a key lower go ahead. If you don't, 9 flat please.

All bot sales here went pretty fast + imo link item histories and say that "bots sales at 8-8.2" isnt proof at all

I dont see any reason to keep 8 in range. Its okay if you have unsolds below 9 keys or some not quicksales proofs.
Bot sales are hard to track due to keys moving around rather quickly, hence why I haven't posted any compare links for the bot sales. However, I've had this item for about a week before selling it for 9 keys and I've seen the bots sell at 8-9 keys too. Not to mention they bought them for 8-8.2 keys, so the amount of sales below 9 keys is actually way higher.
There are also 2 sales at 8.5 (rounded off to 9 keys) to form a middle ground here.
Needs to be flat 9
Bit of an unconstructive comment.
Gave my reasoning to you on discord before making the comment. 8 is countered by buyers who pays more than that.
Yeah most of the unusuals that need to have 8 in the range are not because of a plentiful amount of sales at that, but because it's really hard, if not impossible to fetch 8.5+ keys on said hat. Take the aces dread knot as an example: http://backpack.tf/suggestion/58fe6e130e2cad6d604ab045
This doesn't seem to be the case with the bubbling ketche with SCM buy orders being well above 9 keys(8 keys after tax), so 8 should not be included here.
9 flat is gonna be more representative of it's price for now, resuggest at that.
