let me rephrase then, i'm 100% sure they pay at least 50% off therefore they pay at least 24 keys and i know for a fact that they pay more than 50% for cheaper unusuals that are under 100 keys

Okay, well, if someone sells to scrap I'll fix it. Given the low-end is almost EXACTLY half, I'm still fine with this.

Though of course now the scrap sale (or seller I should say, as it was sold to scrap and they're now selling it) is going to cause controversy here; gonna be that weird loop where someone panicsells a hat to scrap because of a suggestion, that then supports the suggestion, making it a self-fulfilling prophecy

Since the low end is oughta be removed anyway, I'd close for now and resuggest in a while. if scrap resold it fast by then, the belt can provide a flat value. If they keep it for a while, then the seller may be used as part of the range
