... March 28 is <2 months. There are two sales that are valid based off of time, not just one. I was waiting for the sale where I purchased the hat to be too old.
No reason to wait tbh, sale is pretty old and it includes the most unstable item in the history of tf: a unusual taunt. This is fine.
http://backpack.tf/item/2061762129 ----- If you check the link you will see that it seems like your purchase is already outdated. There's a big gap in the seller's backpack history, so that's the reason.
That being said, that sale comes out at around ~75 (taunt is in-date, Berlin has been unsold at 26 for 2 months, rounding down should be fine). So 75-115 is still reasonable.
Should i ask current owner if hes going to resell? Since i feel like it would be unfair on them, if they arent gonna resell.
That shouldn't matter here, since the hat isn't unpriced. There are two non-outdated sales which aren't that far apart, so going with 75-115 should be fine here. The resulting median should be more representative of the pure value of the hat than 115 flat.
