Calling 133 an outlier, for starters. 157 didn't quicksell but 181 POSSIBLY did? But GIVEN that 157 took its time we could consider that fluke-y and that fact that it quicksold doesn't make 181 a quicksale value. After all, all the current quicksellers are having to ask a good percentage less than that in the hopes of ACTUALLY quickselling. 238 is high. Rounding 181 to 180 because whole numbers are sexy. Sorry for the essay ;)
