Why is 18 a quicksell again? That sale took ~3 weeks to happen.

You can't just assume he was attempting to sell it the entire time he owned it.

http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/28902996 he was attempting to "quicksell" until around the 8th for 22 pure, then took the hat off the market. Worth pointing out, to be fair, that that trade went completely unbumped. The fact he put it up on outpost at all, however, implies that when it wasn't on outpost, he wasn't attempting to sell it.

FOLLOWING that, it suddenly selling for below the average in pure just screams quicksell.
