Let it ride.
I would never have thought that my listing was a catalyst for that many quicksales. I guess the reasoning behind those two sales was to undercut me as the two trades were done after I listed my unusual.
Also, although this doesn't relate to evidence, if this was to become accepted, it will become the lowest effect of this taunt by a significant amount. The current lowest is the two infernos, which will be undercut by 15+ keys if this was accepted.
I know that I will receive a lot of criticism for defending myself, but isn't this what all tf2 traders dream of - profit?
There's, no actual defence anywhere in this comment?
Traders dream of profit but they also dream of not being stuck with an unsellable taunt for the rest of their lives, so they'll makes sales as the market necessitates - which usually involves undercutting.
Exactly! If I hadn't listed this unusual, this suggestion probably wouldn't have been up right now, and the taunt wouldn't be as unsellable as you implied, especially since there had already been an accepted price suggestion less than a month ago.
Taunts are dropping fast. This is the 20th or 30th "indate" taunt I've had to drop like this month. Your listing had very little to do with it.

point couldn't have been proven more explicitly. It was my listing that made that other guy sell his unusual. I was quickselling, so that shouldn't be counted as evidence.
That guy said that he didnt want to make a loss so he is listing the milkman for 40 keys pure or 50 in unusuals.

The previous owner of my hat bought my unusual off marketplace.tf, which he then sold to me for a 12 key overpay which he then sold that for a miami valley forge (28-36) for a 5 key overpay and then sold that for 19 keys and 1.11 ref pure? This suggests that he doesn't have great trading experience or he bought it off marketplace.tf for a ridiculously low price. I think that the first option is most likely.
