Aren't sales 2 and 3 invalid because NyQuil is a scammer?

I didn't hear about this rule, but if yes, it'll be 46-48 anyways...

Sales including scammers (alts) are invalid. NyQuil was banned just very recently for participating in some rigged heavy box server (as a scammer).

Sales happened in the beginning on April so they shouldn't be labelled as invalid instantly.
