I may be biased here, but since there were 3 sales between 70 and 90 wouldnt it make the two lower sales outliers? Especially since there are no longer two sellers at mid 30s. Since they appear to have sold within less than a week, you have sales at 36, 39, 40 (arent keys on mp.tf $2?), 69.5, 72, 85 with a seller of two weeks at 50 keys. With as many sales >50 as there are <50, it makes no sense to call those 3 sales outliers. If you are too take the avg. of those sales it is roughly 57 keys, which is relatively close to the 50 key seller. Therefore, setting it to 50 keys flat seems the more logical option.
