Uhh a raise is definitely needed because of the buyers at 15.88 refined.

But the sale at 18 refined might be an outlier because the sellers at 16 refined have trouble selling their items

However the sale at 18 refined was done a week ago, so it's still valid...?

    Ehh. It should probably just be 16. Too many sellers for below 18 ref for it not to be an outlier.
