should probably re-suggest since 140 flat wouldn't be right since you sold it for more than that and no reason to call it an outlier

well yes, 130-150 would give a more accurate representation of it's price since it is able to sell for 150 and 130 comes from the seller. 140 flat doesn't show any of this information. median is the same yes but the range would give it a better representation of it's price
